Very useful video. I'm not doing a rebuild just yet, just trying to diagnose a weird issue (not driving in R or 1st, but driving in N?!), and these videos provide a better view into how everything fits together than a diagram in the manual.

Sounds like you have a set of clutches welded together causing it to bind in reverse and low and not move, yet move in neutral.

Thank you! This seems the most likely explanation. It drives ok-ish in 2nd, would that be the clutch that's welded? Any way to break it free?

My transmission drives great til you drive it for a while.Then once you come to any stop it delays to go back into 1st.If I try to rush it,seems as if it was in neutral.Then it will catch and kick even harder.
