- After spending 2 months in the Norwegian Arctic Circle at the start of 2013, I decided to make a few edits of the footage that I got. This is the first of the videos.
Whilst out there, I worked as a part of Birk Husky(in the link below) as one of their assistant husky expedition guides along side Luke Johnson and Paul Joghurt. This was genuinely one of the best experiences of my life and is something I will never forget.

It's so lovely to see Husky's doing what they're bred for. I hate seeing them being kept as pets being made to stay at home with little exercise at all :( look how much energy they have! They're amazing
Awesome video. Enthusiastic dogs, beautiful landscape, and speed. It can't get much better than that. What an amazing experience it must be!
This is my idea of heaven on earth.
that looks soo damn fun
Incredible!! Beautiful! Pulse pounding! The music was perfect for it!!
Wish it was 360. 👍👏
that looks really fun, Its so pretty I love this video❤
Nice edit! It looks awesome there but extremely cold lol!
life goal
Whoever that guy is balancing on his sled's handlebars is a god amongst men... ;P
Woa that looks cool
Can I ask how did you find the GoPro did you experience any problems with the camera of batteries in the extreme cold temperatures I'm going in 4 weeks to rovaniemi and I'm nervous about my GoPro hero 3+ black edition
Great video but music isn't necessary :(
How did you film this..did you have the camera strapped to your head or on a stick?
Looks great lads - how much does it cost to do and is it 2 months minimum??
I was volunteering out there as one of the guides so it didn't cost too much at all really. Nope, don't think there is a minimum to be honest, click the link in the video description and ask them :)

Nice one Sam, wow you obv needed experience to be a guide? Im an avid skier and keen camper, is that enough to warrant consideration :) looks like heaven on earth - will do
Didn't actually have experience prior to this...you get trained when you're out there. You'd love it with the skiing as on off days you can take a couple of the dogs out training and they'll pull you along on your skis! It really is heaven on earth!

Great Info...cheers really appreciate it. YOLO and all that :)
He tries ;)
Great Video! :)
But I would not want call all of those dogs Huskys, as they are mixed breeds.
Please, go back to breeding pure Siberian Huskies and Malamutes! (They look so much better and more original...)
Rebecca Wilhelmsdottir these are Alaskan huskies. They are northern breeds (usually siberian huskies are in there) mixed together and are only allowed to reproduce if they do their job well. So Alaskan huskies are mutts bred for their working ability.
