Always loved the simple and more grusome why the t800 worked and looked. It is a lot more scary and interesting. The only exception is the t1000 but only in t2 All other stories the t800 is what I find most exciting and scary in one and same robot.

You are forgetting that the T-INFINITY has a time displacement device and we saw what that did to the T-3000 in Genisys. Infinity can kill T-3000 by just jumping through time and taking it's opponent with it.
Personally I think the t infinity comes out on top, since it would likely be able to kill the t 3000 by using it's time displacement technology, effectively destroying it, plus energy weapons would be able to cut through him, since it takes an incredible amount of energy and heat to glow
I think Upgraded Pops could give it a really good fight, with prep-time and help from future (non-evil) John Connor. Batman with his JLA-Buster Armor V T-Infinity would be fucking epic. As the JLA Buster Armor (while not fully completed) took on a Joker-ified Justice League, Wonder Woman, Superman, The Flash, he had a quantum computer put in the Buster Armor (as I call it) so it could literally predict the movements of even Superman and The Flash (as well as Wonder Woman who clearly is quite fast, but not Superman or The Flash fast, ironically though WW did the most dmaage) Speaking of...Wonder Woman V The T-Infinity would be an EPIC BATTLE I think. finally Darth Vadar or Luke Skywalker (EU Luke, 20-30 years after "Return of the Jedi" when he is with Mara Jade and has become a fully-fledged master) okay wait...Yoda V T-Infinty! hehehe....

I think if it attacks the T-3000 ore the T-3000 uses its mist form and the T-Infinity activates its timetravel generator the nano machines within the magnetic field the generator creates be destroid like we see in the movie and the T-3000 can't replace the lost phase matter and it can also don't reach the T-Infinity because of the field.
