We ate there a few times . great food , I had the double burger (Toms Stack ). Great value and the chips were just like a UK chip shop .
I'd have gone for the pie myself too, it looked really nice as did the chips, I would have wanted more gravy, but that's my preference.
Having eaten paella at Tom Brown's I can categorically say that you missed out mate. (And I'm no Phil and Janice I ate there the night after a 24-hour bender from 5am to 5am 😂)
But Tom Brown's do pride themselves on great English food and the pie did look good as pies go.
Impressed it was an actual piece of pie and not an individual. Chips looked fantastic with that gravy.

The British Pie Awards limits entries to meats and fruits 'wholly encased in pastry'; lattice, fruit or potato-topped pies are excluded, along with the likes of samosas. Not a lot of people know that.

I went to magaluf years ago in the Noughties We stopped off and had a drink in this place. I don't know what they called it then. The place doesn't look as though it has changed much . though 🤔🏴🇬🇧
Chicken Tikka is always a good choice, nice.
Don't eat a lot of beef but the steak & ale looked enticing.
The calamari & chips with roast veg-no brainer.
9/10 combined for both dishes, nice.

I love gravy with chips, it started with the canteen at radio college, it was a real greasy spoon place and the food was a bit grim, the only thing I could face was burger patties with slimy undercooked chips and gravy, so that's what I had, every day, for three and a half years, and over that period I kinda developed a taste for it. I still enjoy that now, however I upgraded the chips in my version of it !!

I just think variety is the spice of life and personally like to mix it up a little and get adventurous trying the local cuisine , plenty of time for pie and chips when I get home 😁

Lee you should really give Cyprus another go but within season and over at Larnaca side.. look at Protaras lovely lively resort close to Aiya Nappa and has Chippys and loads of Full English Breakfasts lol beautiful beach and enough to vlog for tons of videos.. I'm going it June to vlog it, subscribe and you'll see lol 😆 cheeky!

Beer wine brandy good food at affordable prices nice people in the main staying in a hotel instead of doing for myself to eat really authentic Spanish food you’d probably not get in the resort just a restaurant version anyway so for the same reason I don’t feel compelled to learn Spanish to go there I’d eat what appeals

I have no problem with the food he eats, sometimes I crave British food while abroad but I am far more adventurous though... I do feel like this is a bit of a wasted trip though... There's so much more interesting things he could be showcasing of this fabulous island!

I think a proper pie should have a crust on the top, bottom and sides; should be self contained and eaten as a meal in itself, with out the use of a plate or any cutlery.😊 Nice vlog.

Im struggling with the Majorca videos Lee, because i was there last September, and it was dire! 10 foot stinking piles of seaweed composting on the beaches of Calla Millor and Calla Bona, for the full 2 weeks I was there! Theres nothing like the woft of raw sewage on a morning! 😩 Anyway your food looked decent and you seem to be really happy on your sunshine holiday in the cold! I'll try and watch more but wild horses couldn't drag me back to Majorca! 😁

Pie chips peas and gravy in Spain come on. Why not eat local food when on holiday. To me though it looked good. It's an 8.
Cottage pie is beef has a pie pastry crust, shepherd's pie is lamb has potoato on top .
