Your hearing loss is unreversable irreparable damage. Over 65 db. Your hearing cell gets damaged by sound vibration. The damage is sensed as tingling. So use Noise cancelling headphones use below 65db as long as possible. Most of phone touch the sound by 40%.

That ringing sound can not be removed it's called Tinnitus problem . It's almost impossible to cure or i can say there is no specific cure. People suffer from it for years , decades or lifetime . Regards, A tinnitus suffering patient.
