I had a similar issue with my Launch x431. I bought mine on Amazon then came to find out that Launch Tech does not sell on Amazon nor on EBay. The Launch I bought was the global version (NOT Launch USA). I swear, I thought I was picking up the American version. SMH, still a genuine Launch and will still do every thing it’s supposed to do, but I won’t have the American support that I would like to have. I had to email some Asian company out in China and wait for their response (which I must say, have been very good, surprisingly). The product has done everything I’ve wanted it to do thus far. Major learning curve, but I can’t complain.
It’s been a minute since that vid was posted so am a little fuzzy on the details. But if I remember correctly I wasn’t sent the wrong unit so just did a little vid. I eventually got what I ordered and returned the elite.
Who did you buy it from. I learned early with autel only by from authorized dealers actually IN the US. If you where billed $5k for the Ultra and got that you should be disappointed.

Sounds like you changed your mind after ordering the first one and saw bonus offerings on the ultra and they sent you correctly the first order.
