I have an Acer laptop, and when i searched for my serial number, it shows: "currently no driver's available for this serial no." or "serial number not found". Does that mean bluetooth won't ever work on my laptop? Please sir, I need help! I also did the other steps, power flushed (my battery is irremovable though), tried to update (already up to date)... what should i do?
GUYS the same issue i got two times .... first time i restart and it resolve my issue ... but second time i forget i watch the video of some but didn't get result suddenly i thought what if i restart just a thought ... and now it again resolve my issue.

It worked, for some reason, my case was only solved after intalling a first then uninstalling the Intel Bluetooth driver then reinstall and use repair. Weird but it worked. Thanks a lot man !
