I agree and I felt I was reliving my past years working in offices. Boy, it was fun for sure! Especially a time because I knew someone that I got a chance to go to Bimini on an airplane and have a drink and smoke like Mad Men Series. I am speaking the truth! Although I hesitated like Peggy would but I went ahead anyway. Plus some hot shot executive liked me so that is why I was asked to go with them. I did marry an executive, not the one that took me to Bimini Island - during my break - but another one which I regret due to his abusive ways. What I learned never settled for less!
Always great to see this kind of “professional” journalism on display - reducing one of the best written shows down to how the women are treated in some desperate attempt to hold someone in real life accountable. Saying “do you see how you treat them?” to Jon Hamm as if he’s Don Draper himself. People like Diane Sawyer don’t even deserve to watch Mad Men. Tragic.
This is "how" it was back then - I came along in the late 60s after graduation but moved up like Peggy due to constant years of working and being tested and interviewing for promotions which I got. I felt so good when I managed to convince one AH from HR that if I get the starting salary it wouldn't be 5% increase for the position because I've been with the government for the past 7 years and this AH wanted to screw me out of my pay? So they had to give me more! I am like a Peggy but I didn't sleep around as she did. It would have been a disaster for me. However, a lot of girls did and got more. However, it is up to each person's conscience to make that choice.
What a great series! I’ve watched it all the way through at least 4 times. Great writing, perfectly cast and the soundtrack brought back memories.

Beautiful and Brilliant. One of a kind series.
Jon Hamm as such a distinctive voice, and Pete looks good @ 3:42.

She keeps saying the shows been on for a decade at the time but the show premiered in 2007, so 7 years...
Love them all.:)
To date, this and Breaking Bad are the best shows ever made. Bravo Mad Men!
Solo missed. Can we see them in 2018???
She referenced Polaroid while showing a Kodak product. Not very authentic journalism.
Diane Sawyer, The sixties were not an inhospitable decade. That's crazy talk.
3:42 Pete looks like Charlie Day in real life.
