How to repair a hole in the ceiling (drywall patch)

Repairing a ceiling hole. Ceiling drywall are usually 5/8" in width so don't mistake it for the regular 1/2" drywall. pretty easy job.
Tools required:
Pencil, drywall, drywall mud, drywall tape, drywall knife, sand paper, utility knife/drywall knife/ multi tool cutter, scrap wood for backer, drywall screws and drill.

Never ever use mesh tape with ready mix mud. Always use fast setting compounds with mesh tape.
