    Peri Peri Chicken is well known in the United States of America, United Kingdom & in Many more Countries due to amazing sauces. This Recipe's roots in AFRICA Mozambique. Peri peri comes from pilipili which means pepper pepper. Whenever you want to try this recipe must use african bird's eye chillies because that ingredient is the right & authentic to make this recipe, if you don't have these chillies then buy them online in dry form or you can use fresno chillies too, thyme is also a main ingredient but if you dont have thyme you can use oregano, mostly oregano being used for this Recipe and Smoked Paprika is an Another special ingredient for peri peri chicken.Now a days peri peri chicken is popular in many countries.

    onion 1 small 60g
    red bell pepper 1 medium 120g
    garlic cloves 7-8
    coriander 1/2 cup
    dried red chilli 8-9
    Salt 1 tbsp
    kashmiri red chilli 1.5 tbsp
    Paprika 1.5 tbsp
    oregano 1 tbsp
    lemon zest 1 tsp
    white vinegar 2 tbsp
    lemon juice 3 tbsp
    olive oil 1/4 cup
    chicken leg quarters 6 (1kg to 1200g)
    Salt 3/4 tsp or to taste
    red chilli 3/4 tsp
    peri peri sauce 1,1/2 cup
    olive oil 2-3 tbsp

    ملح 3/4 ملعقة صغيرة أو حسب الرغبة
    الفلفل الأحمر 3/4 ملعقة صغيرة
    صلصة بيري بيري 1،1 / 2 كوب
    2-3 ملاعق كبيرة زيت زيتون
