    Ingredients:
    1 bunch kale
    1-2 tablespoons olive oil
    Sea salt, to taste
    Instructions:
    1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
    2. Remove the stems from the kale and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
    3. Wash and thoroughly dry the kale.
    4. Place the kale in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat evenly.
    5. Arrange the kale in a single layer on a baking sheet.
    6. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the edges are brown but not burnt.
    7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sea salt.
    Tips:
    Make sure the kale is completely dry before baking to ensure crispiness.
    Check the kale frequently after 10 minutes to prevent burning.
    Store in an airtight container to keep the chips fresh.
