If you look closely in chapter 595 of the manga, when Doflamingo is reporting his failure to kill Moria right after marineford, the guy he's talking to looks a lot like the bowler hat guy from cp0. we don't see a lot of him but I think it's supposed to be the same guy

I was initially on the fence about the orphans being the current masked CP0, however upon checking mother caramels exposition with the older CP0 she specifically mentions how the orphans are "perfect for intelligence agents" due to them being untraceable. I think that extra hint tips me into believing they might actually be the current agents.

The reason the guy who held Luffy decided to just stand there and take Kaido's hit is because he is sick of being a slave, especially after hearing how X-Drake lives his life. I think after Luffy defeats Kaido the ones who will help the Straw Hats escape will be CP0 led by Rob Lucci.

My only issue about the Cipher Pol's relationship with the WG it was kinda double standard. When Who's who failed his mission to guard the Gomu fruit he got detained possibly tortured. And now with "Fred" it is implied that the consequence was if he do it he dies, if he didn't do it he dies via WG as well, meaning failure was not an option. But when Spandam and Lucci's CP9 failed to capture Robin, failed to get the Pluton blueprints and let Enies Lobby fall into shit, yet they got promoted to CP0? I could understand if Lucci is considered an asset but if we use the logic on what happened to WWho, all of them should be detained right?
To be fair, a lot of that was proposed by spandam then approved by the wg while Fred was given a direct order by the gorosei so they probably cared way less than they do about eliminating Luffy right now. But how Spandam got promoted remains an unanswered mystery of the One Piece world

I still like my theory, of the CP0 being based on the deadly sins. -Bowler hat "Fred" talking about feeling *Envy,* when hopping of X-drake's sword. - The member in the reception hall, he rather remains in the fire and watch/sense his buddy getting crushed by Kaidou and rather picks up the phone and pass that message on to the others, instead of going after Luffy or Robin or help his buddy escape, so he's rather *slothfull.* - Stussy is easy, she used her beauty to manipulate Du Feld, so she's *lust.* - Rob Lucci @8:05 killed everyone including the hostages, as it was shamefull to being captured in the first place, so he's based on *pride.* - Spandam has been hammered in the face by Tom, by Franky, by Nico Robin and is still a *glutton* for more punishment. - Kaku is a bit of a stretch, but he was rather *greedy,* because he had to one up Zoro using four-sword style, also lost his friends (like pauly) when Zoro passed on the message of "Kaku being fired" and Kaku indeed thought it was a shame. - Maha we know nothing about except that he went at Izo first, so maybe Maha was wraith and couldn't contain his temper as much (just a theory). - And there is one more member we saw in Dress rosa that we know absolutely nothing about.
Dear Tekking101 or reader here is a theory I have been working on for like 3 and a half years about what is haki using real life science and anime logic to explain it, sorry for my English by the way I did my best, enjoy: for sake of simplicity I am going to assume that most of you are familiar with the concept of the living electricity in the nervous system. Now I am going to explain what I think is happening when characters use haki in one piece: But first what is it? I think that it is simply channeling reading detecting and forcing on others the living electricity in your body. because haki is such a vague topic I will divide it into several category’s: I am going to explain it from the easiest to explain to the hardest, so here we go: 1)conquerors haki and its types: a)regular conquerors haki against weak enemies: I believe that this is simply forcing your electricity on someone else to the point of their nerve and brains getting out of their control. b)regular conquerors haki clash: I am going to spilt that topic into 2 parts: (I)the sky splitting: In my opinion this is a result of the positively charged bottom of the clouds interacting with the negatively charged electrons that are the result of conquerors haki electricity (II)the lightning that are the result of it: This is the result of the negative charged electrons coming out of the body into the positively charged environment and clashing with the negatively charged electrons of your enemy. c)advanced conquerors haki: I think that this is channeling your electricity to “coat” yourself or other things with it like roger did with his sword, Kaido did with his weapon and Luffy did with his fists. d)the chance to get it: only one in like a million are born with the ability to use conquerors haki now I believe this is because of the fact that forcing out your electricity from the nerves can be dangerous so evolution made it so less and less could use this ability. 2) armament haki: a)regular armament haki: I believe this is the ability to channel your electricity in small quantity to coat your self or your weapon with your electricity making it so you will feel less pain to no pain at all because you took the messaging system of your nervous out, plus it will make you hit stronger because you are sort of electrifying your enemy, another thing is that you will also get tougher skin because you add a layer of electricity to your skin make it so attacks need to get deeper to hurt you. Another thing I need to explain here is how come armament haki allow you to hurt logia users that can be explained by the fact that if you punch them with your living electricity you can make it so their nervous system will talk to your electricity and get the message that there is a danger attacking their body so they might prevent the user from using his fruit, a thing that will also get an explanation the hole in ace’s body because akainu’s nerve talked to ace’s brain and made it so he couldn’t transform into fire, it worked because akainu’s nervous system was stronger in control then ace’s. It can also explain how you coat your weapons in haki you can do that because you send your electricity on to your weapon. b)advanced armament haki: I belive this ability is similar to the advanced conquerors haki, I think that it is the ability to change the flow of your electricity to your fighting advantage like forcing it on others just in smaller amount then you would using conquerors haki. 3)observation haki: a)basic observation haki + empaths: I believe this is the ability to read the electricity from someone else’s brain remotely, so you don’t need your brain to get the electricity to read the electricity. This can also explain why we didn’t see haki pre timeskip even when we know it was used and why Rayleigh said it is an “invisible shield” that’s because it is invisible we see it now because we can detect and read the electricity using observation haki. Another thing it can explain is why we can predict the next attack the enemy is going to bring down on us using it because we know what the enemy thinks about . Another thing it will explain is why do you need to focus while using observation haki you need to read the electricity and reading takes focus and time. b)scanning the environment: when Fujitora fought against Luffy in Dressrosa we sew what I think is the way Fujitora sees the basic environment using observation haki the interesting thing is that the ground was like blue and the citizens of Dressrosa had colors as well(different colors for different citizens) but the sky were black maybe its because Issho was focusing on the citizens and on where can he walk but he doesn’t need to see the sky at the moment so he didn’t focus on trying to detect the electricity flow in the clouds but he did focus on detecting the electricity flow in the ground and in the citizens. c)future sight: we established in ”3)observation haki: part “a” ” you can use observation haki to read electricity remotely there for if you are good at using it you can use it to know what everyone is going to do around you in the really close future and so if you know what everyone is going to do you can make a basic image of what’s going to happen in the super near future it will also explain why you don’t use it all the time, its going to be extremely hard to always read the brain of every one around you in the super close future but also analyze what that means and make a clear picture of the basic situation, all that effort for you to see nothing special like 99 present of the time. That can also explain why katakuri did nothing when the Luffys came out of the cake and didn’t try shooting the place Luffy will appear because he is reading the electricity of all the Luffys at the same time and he cant tell who is the real Luffy, when we add that to the fact he was surprised from all the things that were taking place at the time it explains perfectly why he said that he cant do anything about them coming out of the cake. 4)the breath of all things: It is the ability of a swordsman to tell the sword what to cut, that can be explained by coating your sword with your electricity and making it so your electricity is the one who is cutting and not the sword allowing the swordsman to choose what to cut. thank you for reading all that and if you think that you have anything that can prove my theory wrong then I will be more then glad to hear it.

My only issue about the Cipher Pol's relationship with the WG it was kinda double standard. When Who's who failed his mission to guard the Gomu fruit he got detained possibly tortured. And now with "Fred" it is implied that the consequence was if he do it he dies, if he didn't do it he dies via WG as well, meaning failure was not an option. But when Spandam and Lucci's CP9 failed to capture Robin, failed to get the Pluton blueprints and let Enies Lobby fall into shit, yet they got promoted to CP0? I could understand if Lucci is considered an asset but if we use the logic on what happened to WWho, all of them should be detained right?
To be fair, a lot of that was proposed by spandam then approved by the wg while Fred was given a direct order by the gorosei so they probably cared way less than they do about eliminating Luffy right now. But how Spandam got promoted remains an unanswered mystery of the One Piece world
A couple of years has passed since then though so Lucci probably was punished and had to earn his place back. They wouldn't just get rid of him though as he's too useful.

Maybe he is still alive but very near death, and with Joy Boy Luffy awakened...maybe Luffy can sense his true feelings, Like Otohime did, and Joy Boy is someone to bring peace and Joy to the world, I assume...so maybe Luffy will save him, like get him to Chopper or something.

I still like my theory, of the CP0 being based on the deadly sins.
-Bowler hat "Fred" talking about feeling *Envy,* when hopping of X-drake's sword.
- The member in the reception hall, he rather remains in the fire and watch/sense his buddy getting crushed by Kaidou and rather picks up the phone and pass that message on to the others, instead of going after Luffy or Robin or help his buddy escape, so he's rather *slothfull.*
- Stussy is easy, she used her beauty to manipulate Du Feld, so she's *lust.*
- Rob Lucci @8:05 killed everyone including the hostages, as it was shamefull to being captured in the first place, so he's based on *pride.*
- Spandam has been hammered in the face by Tom, by Franky, by Nico Robin and is still a *glutton* for more punishment.
- Kaku is a bit of a stretch, but he was rather *greedy,* because he had to one up Zoro using four-sword style, also lost his friends (like pauly) when Zoro passed on the message of "Kaku being fired" and Kaku indeed thought it was a shame.
- Maha we know nothing about except that he went at Izo first, so maybe Maha was wraith and couldn't contain his temper as much (just a theory).
- And there is one more member we saw in Dress rosa that we know absolutely nothing about.

Dear Tekking101 or reader here is a theory I have been working on for like 3 and a half years about what is haki using real life science and anime logic to explain it, sorry for my English by the way I did my best, enjoy:
for sake of simplicity I am going to assume that most of you are familiar with the concept of the living electricity in the nervous system. Now I am going to explain what I think is happening when characters use haki in one piece:
But first what is it?
I think that it is simply channeling reading detecting and forcing on others the living electricity in your body.
because haki is such a vague topic I will divide it into several category’s:
I am going to explain it from the easiest to explain to the hardest, so here we go:
1)conquerors haki and its types:
a)regular conquerors haki against weak enemies:
I believe that this is simply forcing your electricity on someone else to the point of their nerve and brains getting out of their control.
b)regular conquerors haki clash:
I am going to spilt that topic into 2 parts:
(I)the sky splitting:
In my opinion this is a result of the positively charged bottom of the clouds interacting with the negatively charged electrons that are the result of conquerors haki electricity
(II)the lightning that are the result of it:
This is the result of the negative charged electrons coming out of the body into the positively charged
environment and clashing with the negatively charged electrons of your enemy.
c)advanced conquerors haki:
I think that this is channeling your electricity to “coat” yourself or other things with it like roger did with
his sword, Kaido did with his weapon and Luffy did with his fists.
d)the chance to get it:
only one in like a million are born with the ability to use conquerors haki now I believe this is because of the fact that forcing out your electricity from the nerves can be dangerous so evolution made it so less and less could use this ability.
2) armament haki:
a)regular armament haki:
I believe this is the ability to channel your electricity in small quantity to coat your self or your weapon
with your electricity making it so you will feel less pain to no pain at all because you took the messaging
system of your nervous out, plus it will make you hit stronger because you are sort of electrifying your
enemy, another thing is that you will also get tougher skin because you add a layer of electricity to your
skin make it so attacks need to get deeper to hurt you.
Another thing I need to explain here is how come armament haki allow you to hurt logia users that can be explained by the fact that if you punch them with your living electricity you can make it so their nervous system will talk to your electricity and get the message that there is a danger attacking their body so they might prevent the user from using his fruit, a thing that will also get an explanation the hole in ace’s body because akainu’s nerve talked to ace’s brain and made it so he couldn’t transform into fire, it worked because akainu’s nervous system was stronger in control then ace’s.
It can also explain how you coat your weapons in haki you can do that because you send your electricity on to your weapon.
b)advanced armament haki:
I belive this ability is similar to the advanced conquerors haki, I think that it is the ability to change the
flow of your electricity to your fighting advantage like forcing it on others just in smaller amount then
you would using conquerors haki.
3)observation haki:
a)basic observation haki + empaths:
I believe this is the ability to read the electricity from someone else’s brain remotely, so you don’t need
your brain to get the electricity to read the electricity. This can also explain why we didn’t see haki pre
timeskip even when we know it was used and why Rayleigh said it is an “invisible shield” that’s because it is invisible we see it now because we can detect and read the electricity using observation haki.
Another thing it can explain is why we can predict the next attack the enemy is going to bring down on
us using it because we know what the enemy thinks about . Another thing it will explain is why do you
need to focus while using observation haki you need to read the electricity and reading takes focus and
time.
b)scanning the environment:
when Fujitora fought against Luffy in Dressrosa we sew what I think is the way Fujitora sees the basic environment using observation haki the interesting thing is that the ground was like blue and the citizens of Dressrosa had colors as well(different colors for different citizens) but the sky were black maybe its because Issho was focusing on the citizens and on where can he walk but he doesn’t need to see the sky at the moment so he didn’t focus on trying to detect the electricity flow in the clouds but he did focus on detecting the electricity flow in the ground and in the citizens.
c)future sight:
we established in ”3)observation haki: part “a” ” you can use observation haki to read electricity remotely there for if you are good at using it you can use it to know what everyone is going to do around you in the really close future and so if you know what everyone is going to do you can make a basic image of what’s going to happen in the super near future it will also explain why you don’t use it all the time, its going to be extremely hard to always read the brain of every one around you in the super close future but also analyze what that means and make a clear picture of the basic situation, all that effort for you to see nothing special like 99 present of the time. That can also explain why katakuri did nothing when the Luffys came out of the cake and didn’t try shooting the place Luffy will appear because he is reading the electricity of all the Luffys at the same time and he cant tell who is the real Luffy, when we add that to the fact he was surprised from all the things that were taking place at the time it explains perfectly why he said that he cant do anything about them coming out of the cake.
4)the breath of all things:
It is the ability of a swordsman to tell the sword what to cut, that can be explained by coating your sword with your electricity and making it so your electricity is the one who is cutting and not the sword allowing the swordsman to choose what to cut.

I was thinking what if emu Sama can sense joy boy coming and knows its related to Luffy. Calls the now dead Fred himself to make sure Luffy is dead. The den den mushi rings and Luffy with joy boys voice answers it with "hey Emu." And emu just starts cursing on the other side.
