- Hey, check out this walking tour from our 10-day Western Mediterranean cruise on the Norwegian Epic cruise ship in June 2023! We wanted to give everyone a tour of the ship, so take a walk with us! We started on the sports deck at the back of the ship, where we found the adults-only H2O area, the onboard arcade, and the only cushioned lounge area. Then we'll check out the out the mid deck areas where people can climb the rock wall, play miniature golf, splash around in the kids' area, and zoomed down the thrilling water slides or lounge in the lido deck pools and hot tubs. There's live music and dancing but the ship also has a quiet area at the front with a beautiful view. Inside the ship, we explored the different decks. On Deck 5, we checked out the art gallery and made our way past the photo section, French restaurant, concierge, and front desk. Then, we reached the main hall, where they host fun games and show movies. On Deck 6 O'Sheehans pub, and the casino. In the evenings, we enjoyed some fantastic entertainment, including shows at the main theater and the Spiegel tent. We took an elevator to Deck 7, where the nightclub is located. After that, we walked through the shopping district, and there was a sub-zero experience, a cool piano bar, and an elevated cocktail space! Finally, we went back down to Deck 6 to see the other main dining room, the Manhattan room, and the English bar where the Beatles cover band performs. We even peeked at the line for the Shanghai restaurant.

It normally is, but unfortunately the Epic is not epic. It's not the worst cruise experience but it could be better. We get more into it in another video. Thank you so much for sailing with us!

Never tried a cruise. I have been too fond of sorting my own itinerary and we like finding local restaurants in the evening. The ship does look interesting though.

@TackyFlamingo We booked a quick weekend cruise on Carnival to Ensenada. that's as far as we've gotten for planning in 2024. We will give NCL another try, we might even try the Epic again after it gets refurbished.
@@HereToCheers that’s good to hear, ncl is my personal fav so i just feel like you got a little unlucky this time as i have nothing but good to say about my cruises with them, though i haven’t been on the epic, their other ships i went on were in great shape and just amazing overall, i most recently went on the Encore and it was built in 2019 so it’s not old at all which probably helped
You are making me want to cruise again so badly!! Amazing ASMR tour of the ship. This looks like a gorgeous ship, we haven't sailed on Norwegian yet, only Royal Caribbean ships. But this ship looks amazing and your editing is absolutely fantastic for this. Cruise ships really are floating cities now. Beautiful views from the top deck! That casino is huge. The chandelier in the dining room is so beautiful, and huge! Thanks for sharing with us :) Great tour as always!
Hey Meg and Greg! Cruising is fun, we hope to do a Disney cruise eventually! We haven't sailed with Royal yet but your videos make it look like a lot of fun. NCL has some really good deals right now but I think they still need time to recover from the world shut down, definitely don't book on the Epic... it needs work. But another Mediterranean cruise definitely worth it! Thank you for walking with us guys!
What floors are the dining rooms on.
Were you paying tax on drinks in any of the European ports you visited?
The Epic is an old ship that needs to be retired. Paint peeling all over the place, rust etc...Subpar food even in their specialty dining rooms and especially in their buffet. My recent trip in the Mediterranean on the Epic. Just two months ago. My comments are telling your how disappointing this ship is. Never again on NCL.
