Thank you for this! I tried another tutorial for Lutris, but it kept giving me an error. Your way worked perfectly. The game has some frame rate issues in intense areas, but I’m very happy to have it available on my Steam Deck. I loved this game on the Xbox 360, I loved it on the PS3, I’m gonna love it all over again on my Steam Deck.

Actually, I think the frame rate issues might be down to the shader caches being loaded while I play the game rather than automatically being done during the download on Steam. The longer I play, the more the issues begin to iron themselves out. For the first minutes into the gameplay, intense areas cause me to drop to the mid 20’s, but I’m now about 30 or 40 minutes in, and I haven’t had a frame rate drop for a little bit.

I’m glad it worked! I’ll make a video soon on how to unlock the frame rate, thank you for leaving a comment!

@@jadenpokemon8952 Awesome! I’m personally not bothered to play the game at 30 FPS as I’ve grown accustomed to playing it at 30 FPS on console. But having the option for 60 FPS would be great! Just got Fall of Cybertron set up on my Steam Deck using the method you used in this video. Really happy to have both games available and ready to play. Now looking for a site to download X-Men Origins Wolverine, just haven’t found a version of it as easy to install as the Transformers games.

@@Mvxzzz X-Men Origins Wolverine is on the Internet Archive, here is a link to a good video on how to get that game running on the Steam Deck, it's almost the same process as it is for WFC. ruclips.net/video/bkT8GQ8TMLI/видео.htmlsi=rEZJAVnMUbyRNm8C

@@jadenpokemon8952 I’ll have to take another look. All the versions of Wolverine I could find required me to download ISO (Transformers used RAR and Zip) files, and still being relatively new to PC gaming, I have no clue how those work. I’ll give the video a watch and see if I can figure out the download for Wolverine. Thanks!
