I don’t know if it would have happened without the pandemic. But I am so happy that it did because it’s amazing how a lovely fragrance can lift your mood so much!

I am sure it's the lack of pheromone stimulation ....because of distance ...some of us will actually start grieving from the lack of closeness ...of human kind..thank you ...loved your first rezponce to Me Lion...I am new to fragrance ..I lived in Borneo and Indonesia for 12 years..a part of me feels like it's dying...I'm sure it's the lock down..hugs Shenn 💐💐💐
Baraonda is my favorite. Kutay from Unique'e Luxury has great resemblance with Baraonda in beast mode. Sangre Dulce from Strangers Parfumerie is very good.
Bentley For Men Intense has definitely been reformulated. I purchased it last week and it was immediately a skin scent. SOOOO watered down. I was absolutely gutted (and disappointed) because I really wanted it in my collection
I blew through a side effect decant this month! Really cozy. I ended up buying an oil perfumery impression of the scent - ironically, made without alcohol :)

Promise is also another favorite. I used to love Frapin 1270, but something happened to the formulation. It’s a shadow of what it was 10 years ago. Great recommendation but for me it’s the blend done with Narcotica Dulce Diablo!! Omg, the apricot is powdery and divine 💞 cognac and rum done very well together!!

I have the Amouroud and I even have a review of it on the channelfrom several years ago. I don’t think it’s that boozy but I can see it’s boozyness because of the absinth, licorice, Anis notes. There’s always a slight booziiness with those notes in fact I might do a video on those little cooler notes in the future and that fragrance will certainly be featured. 😄

I am surprised you find by kilian fragrances weak. I had Intoxicated, which I loved at first, but then found that I could not wear it, for it went on forever with such a strong smell, I would start having headache and even get nauseous after several hours of this. Now the same story with Apple brandy, I love it at first, but it keeps going and going and going, and it is merciless even after several hours. And I only use one spray with them.
I just came back from Sam’s Club with a 1/2 gallon of eggnog and Membership Mark Spiced Rum...I can’t help myself this time of year. Love boozy fragrances. Overture and Angels Share? Are you kidding me? Masterpieces! Enjoy. Cheers.

Hi Sebastian im totally fan of ombre noire, sadly it has been imposible to find. Seems discontinued. For me, ombre noire its like entering in a hidden chamber, a forgotten library. As you said proyects a lot. No doubt if i got a chance to buy it, it will be no brainer
About reformulations not sure, but my Bentley for Men Intense is really very long lasting. Recently I sprayed a little accidentally on a polyester hoodie I was wearing. Three days later I put on that hoodie again, I could still perfectly smell it from near the neck of it. My badge #: 104708H19. Indeed an amazing smelling cheapie (and Bentley for Men Absolute is another one, very dark and smoky, but not boozie, so not for this video.)
Haven't smelled the original, but Genre parfums clone of Killian Lemons in Zest is AMAZING, would love to see your thoughts on that! It's like a lemonade with brandy in it, its an awesome fresh/summer booze

On the serious note.. in Russia during 90s there was a shortage of everything, including alcohol. People started drinking perfume, and colognes....

Unique’e Luxury Kutay is hands down the best boozy fragrance that I have ever put my nose on. Equality Fragrance did a great review on it.

Boozy fragrances go one of two ways on me; they either smell like 30-year-old single malt scotch (yum), or they smell like ripple (not yum).
If you're a gin and tonic fan, like myself, you should try Penhaligan's Juniper Sling. Clean and refreshing like a G and T!
