@@JaysStraightUpReviews haha sorry man, Mexican idioms, what I was trying to say was that I wish there was a new version of the stormbox blast, since the current one is no match for my Boombox 3
I would say it looks a little less bad than the Blast. The question I have would be, what is the base of it like? Will it roll as easy as the Boombox 3 or Boombox 2? The Blast at least seems stable and grounded there.
I think tribit is still the champion of the budget boombox speakers, i've already compared it to my soundcore rave party and even though is bigger i cannot find another speaker better than this one (tribit)
The Encore Essential was a good deal when it was available for a while at $200. The battery life, as you stated, is the glaring flaw with it, however. The Encore was $250 for a while at Sam's Club and that was a really nice deal, since it has a longer battery, better lights and 2 wireless microphones.
What would you choose? Bang max or tribit? I like deeper basses, but from the reviews and comparisons of these speakers, I noticed that the bang Max lacks a lot of high and medium frequencies. I don't know how much it will be noticeable in real life. I have been choosing for a long time what to choose from 2 of them, but I ordered a tribit. I can cancel the order and order a tronsmart, is it worth it? at Tronsmart, it also seemed to me that the sound was much more voluminous

I think the bang sound is better from 60-100. Tribit sounds better from 0-60 then. Just my opinion. Though. Great video. I didn’t know skull candy made a speaker I’m going to check it out. Max (blast ) at max sounded more distorted in my headphones. Lower it’s played the better (sounded much better at 80 than max).
Bass goes to tribit but overall smooth quality with acceptable bass tronsmart works it’s way up slowly to max volume. And shines at max where blast shines at 40-50. (Again. Own both just my opinion. ). Great video
I had my first blast months ago and a lot of speakers came out. Leaning on boombox 3 but I was curious how 2 blasts sound. Well, I was satisfied. Got 2 now and still curious about bb3 since it dropped to 320usd fast. I guess it's not getting sales so far. Good thing there's a lot of competition. I didn't buy the blasts because it's cheap it's because I've read lots of reviews about its endurance. I don't like charging every week. I charge my blast around 16th to 20th day. I use it mainly on youtube and movie watching 30 to 40 percent and casual listening 20 to 30 percent bossa nova songs. No lights and I don't use it everyday.

From what I've seen, the Blast is close to the Boombox 2, I think they even use the same speakers that JBL does. The BB2 is just a little better than the Blast is. To me, the Boombox 3 is worth a good $100 more than the Boombox 2. The bass is full through the whole range of volume and you really feel it in your chest a good bit more. I now just got a Diamondboxx M3 with the bigger battery option it had and the sound quality is the best in it's small package. The battery lasts so much longer than the Boombox. Had both of them out on my boat (hate how easily the Boombox isn't stable footing) and the Boombox playing at max volume drained pretty quickly, where the M3 lasted and lasted and lasted...never drained fully and still doesn't give the low battery signal. Luckily for me, I was able to find the Diamondboxx used at a decent price. Best speaker for this size battle and the BB3 is next, BB2 rounds the top 3 to me.

I don't think it gets louder plugged in. It's kind of odd, because when you are playing it off the battery and plug it in, the audio pauses and a little tone plays on the speaker, then it starts playing again. With it plugged in, unplugging it makes the volume level reduce some, but only for a couple of seconds, then it gets back to the original volume.
