  • Pineapple has many medicinal healing properties. The bromelain in pineapple is promoted as a dietary supplement for reducing pain and swelling, especially of the nose and sinuses, gums, and other body parts after surgery or injury. It is also promoted for osteoarthritis, cancer, digestive problems, and muscle soreness. Topical bromelain is promoted for burns.

The bromelain in fresh raw pineapple (not canned or cooked) also helps clear mucus from your system if you have a stuffy sinus, it can act as an antihistamine and antiinflammatory.

So funny story... I’m pretty sure I have pcos I think I’ve had it for my whole life. Well for years I was not getting pregnant with my boyfriend. Then I started to change my diet and ate not much besides a lot of pineapples. Soon after I did this I got pregnant with ease. So my theory is, is that the pineapple helped me somehow to get pregnant. Maybe my body had so much inflammation that it would not allow me to get pregnant and maybe the pineapple helped it? I’m not sure.

How about tinnitus? I have it and I make a smoothie with pineapple 🍍, bananas and some other healthy ingredients and when I do this and go to sleep before midnight my inflammation is down in my body and therefore so is my tinnitus! This helps with metabolism/digestion as well! I need to be more consistent about this! My medication that I was prescribed for sleep caused my left ear to end up with tinnitus! SMH 🤦🏻‍♀️ I’m no longer on any medication for over six years because I continue to work on my gut health! Thank you Doc for teaching us food/produce (GOD’S medicine) is much better than prescribed medications! I continually need to make better choices, but I also choose to feel better as well! Let’s make it a great day and your body will love you! 🙏❤️🙏
