Hi! Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge about resin. I'm a new mom and I just bought supplies to start my own resin buss. I'm from the Philippines, btw. I will carefully follow all your tips and tricks. God Bless you ❤️🌸
I just made my first 2 pieces using uv resin but they’re still really tacky after using a uv flashlight & even leaving them outside. What could be the problem?
I find this to be a problem with UV resins too. I just leave mine in a window sill for a while and usually the tackiness goes away for the most part. I think different brands are less tacky, but have yet to find a good one.

@@Squidlicks you should do some Artisan Resin Keycaps. It's a whole thing. A single keycap goes for like $25 on etsy.
Maybe do some on sustainable eco crafts.

Oh, I think you mean the heat gun?
How do you clean up the excess resin on the earrings?
There are a few ways you can: snip the large parts off them with cutters, file or sand them down or use a craft knife to shave the rest off.

I use an exacto knife to carefully carve away the overflow once cured.

I like twerktoise better lol - awesome videos and creations!
What mold release do you use? Do you use it every time?
I don't use any because I haven't found any that don't leave marks on my pieces. But sometimes the molds come with some applied on them already.
Are they heavy? What kind of resin do you use?
They are very light! I have a video on the resin I use here: ruclips.net/video/5Oyv32KdAlI/видео.html
