  • Hello, welcome to MAD Aviation.
This channel is where I show my interest in aviation.
I do a variety of Aviation content on my channel such as planespotting, model aircraft and more!
On April 21th 2022, I flew with Loganair from Edinburgh-Cardiff onboard their ERj-145.
The previous day before this flight I originally missed my connecting flight to Cardiff at Dublin Airport. This is because I had such a short transition at the airport as my Ryanair flight from Barcelona arrived late. The next which is the 21st I managed to rebook 2 flights for free with the travel agency I booked. One of these flights was this Edinburgh-Cardiff flight following a Dublin-Edinburgh flight with Ryanair. I arrived at Edinburgh in the morning and to wait at the terminal for a couple of hours until my flight departs at 14:30. Boarding went smooth and on time.
Overall the flight was quite an eventful one for me as I got to experience the ERJ-145 for the first time. In terms of the ERJ-145s comfort, it was decent and but was sufficient for this 1 hour flight. The cabin can be recognised as not a modern but outdated cabin is this aircraft is 21 years old! The ERJ-145 is configured in a 2-1 seating can carry 49 passengers. The service of Loganair was really good as the cabin crew friendly. Shortly after takeoff I was served a complimentary snack of water, biscuit and chocolate bar which was a great addition. I didn't expect this coming as I thought might have not been any snacks onboard.
We arrived at Cardiff on time and it was relatively quiet there.

I have to say that Loganair has a very colorful livery, especially the vertical stabilizer.

Excellent video, nice day for flying. You could see Blackpool, Warton and Liverpool airports! Not many on board?

Thanks for telling me the names of the airports! The flight was atleast more than half full - not many people sat infront of me though.

Where the video screen. Lol. This looks as basic when I last went on a flight on a 767 to Mallorca in 1991. (Yes 1991)
