This complete Self Defence program is awesome. I did practice it with my friend, I love to do it & seen improving. Still i am trying to do it more better but needs more practice. But still having some pain in my hands😅
So for tht u have to train til becomes so fast and next to ur nature. I have been in real fights plenty times in my life, with god’s grace till today i came out of it scratch free.
I wanted to show the real fight situation on videos but the problem if the kids i m working with will be injured. I insist people to learn proper martial arts for 3 to 4 years for the best results

Second people will just build confidence learning this. Even a well trained warrior isn’t safe, it’s just that u know something better than nothing.
