Its eats more like a burrito with intermittent crunch of the taco shell here and there. Even if it's the first thing you eat, It's almost too wet/mushy from the nacho cheese, so it helps if you turn it into a "California Burrito" by stuffing fries into it.
We wish our JITB would get our orders right. Not one of the 4 we ordered had bacon in the nacho cheese and the one we had was an absolute slop mess. It was bad.

Our local JITB is pretty bad, so our food from there is usually a mess or the order is wrong.
