- In this episode of Houzz TV Live, designer Jena Bula of Delphinium Design shows Rick Spence a kitchen and primary bathroom she renovated for an empty-nest couple’s forever home in Charlotte, North Carolina. In the open-plan kitchen, white Shaker-style cabinets, a blue island, a porcelain tile herringbone backsplash and polished nickel finishes give the space fresh, modern-day style. A pantry wall hides a coffee station, while the hardworking island includes a paper towel holder and pullouts for garbage and recycling.
In the bathroom, large-format tiles minimize grout lines to make cleaning easier. Each of the two vanities has a storage tower with interior outlets for charging electric toothbrushes. And pampering features include heated floors; a jetted soaking tub; and a shower with body sprays, a handheld spray and a rain shower head. - Хобби
Beautiful reno. Maybe next time you can show us inside the cupboards. I'm particularly interested in seeing the electric toothbrush tucked away. What a good idea
With just a few tweaks the original kitchen was perfect..would love see inside the storage cabinets...like the soft paint colors in the bathroom...Thanks for sharing👍
The bathroom is gorgeous! The kitchen was pretty before but even better after renovation.
Beautiful pendant lights!
Beautiful !
Very contemporary feel and timeless, its beautiful. Just love it.
Love the idea of a concealed trash AND recycling bin, but in our family, we might fill a bag a day. Does anyone ever use house-grade trash compactors in spaces like those?

Love it!!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
You can design my bathroom anytime!
Happiness family too sisters
For me as a Senior it doesn't look comfortable. Chairs are hardwood no cushions, also the lights would require climbing a ladder to change lightbulbs.
