It was an amazing flight. Lot’s of fun and totally got in a balloon again!

This is definitely an inexperienced pilot and even more inexperienced crew.
If take off was that much of an effort, I can only imagine what the landing was like.. smh!
First off, the envelope was nowhere near inflated enough. Second, the minute that hole was burned in, they should have deflated. Terrible pilot!
I’m not 100% sure what the manufacturer of this system is. I think it’s head balloons. Some manufacturers allow the aircraft to still be airworthy with holes larger than that. Again, I’m not sure what head balloons says is airworthy and what isn’t.
Correction, holes larger than that near the mouth. The allowance gets smaller the higher up the envelope you get
