Had one of these on the 727 back from Heathrow to Norwich in June 2014. At Cambridge the wheelchair ramp flew out from the step and smashed the door window. The coach was taken out of service and we had a 2 hour wait in Cambridge. Not what we wanted after a 20 hour flight from "Down Under"!!

Yiu git lucky with this one, the travellers choice completely clapped out their levantes with cardboard seating in a 2+3 layout and they removed the toilet
