Do you have a list of all the ingredients? I found these small silicone ice cube trays I was using when I did it. Lately I’m running a avast marine plank with their reef jerky and every night I broadcast Live Phyto, oysterfeast, and ab+

I biggest problem is breaking the pieces off. Waiting for it to thaw then add in. I was using a defrost cup in tank but that aging grew algae fast

I break it off and thaw it in some tank water. Takes about 5 minutes and then broadcast feed it throughout all my tanks.

I list everything in the video, however it's not set in stone. I just mix whatever I can get my hands on at the time and make sure it covers a broad spectrum of foods.

    No spike in phosphates?

You will certainly raise your phosphate if you over feed this just the same as most other frozen foods. Feed once or twice a week and and you would be fine 👍
