I’ve switched my crankbaits hooks to In-line single hooks. Does this negate the need for a glass rod? I thought glass was needed because of the trebles.
What reel for the 7'2" Finesse? How about the Lews Pro Ti? Load it with Sufix Nanobraid with a fluorocarbon leader? Maybe that's the reel for any of them??? What do you think, guys...anybody...?
Sorry for the confusion! There is a Finesse Glass Cranker that is a 7'2" Medium Moderate, but the Finesse Carbon Cranker is in fact a 7'2" Medium Heavy Moderate Fast
Depends if you're talking about the 7'2" MH Moderate Rip-N-Chatter or the 7'4" MH Moderate Power Glass Cranker! The 7'4" is truly a large crankbait rod, meant for making long casts and gaining maximum depth. If you're making target casts with a squarebill, the 7'4" might be overkill. The 7'2" would be a good option actually, even though it is moreso designed for bladed jig fishing. Lastly, the Finesse Carbon Cranker (7'2" M Moderate) would be a great choice as well for squarebills and medium divers if you are not needing to pull the bait out of or through vegetation.
@@bassutopia thank you for the reply. Looking to get a glass rod for crankbaits. I throw mostly 1.5 squarebills and some wiggle warts. Maybe a dt5 or 6.
These are probably the rods I am the most excited about in this new lineup!
They sure are impressive in-hand!
Looks awesome!

Hello would the 7' 4" MH Power Glass Cranker be a good rod for (3/8 & 1/2 oz Chatterbaits) or is this to light?....Any info would be appreciated ok!
The Power Cranker would suffice for a chatterbait, but if you're looking a dedicated chatterbait rod we'd recommend the 7'2" Heavy Rip-N-Chatter
@@bassutopia Ok thanks for the feedback on this I appreciate it ok!...Hey do you guys have this
(Rip n' Chat) Model in stock there currently?
We don't right now, but we should have a shipment from St. Croix on its way shortly!

That sounds like a great setup!
@@bassutopia Wonderful! That’s my current plan. Thank you for responding.
Which model would you recommend for 1.5 Squarebills and DT6's?
The Finesse Carbon Cranker would be a great option!
So the finesse carbon cranker is medium power, right? In the description it says MH

Are these better then the Legend Glass series?
These are a notable improvement in feel and use of proprietary technologies above the previous Legend Glass series!
Would the MH moderate be a good all around rod for squarebills and medium divers as well?

That 7’2” MM will be perfect. The other two rods won’t flex enough to cast well
7'2" Finesse Glass Cranker... that is...
