    If you're a boot guy, you may have heard of Whites Boots out of Spokane Washington. Hand made to order and they let you choose your own custom build based on their various leather/sole/last/hardware options. They size the boot based on tracings of your foot and measurements that you send to them. They're resoleable and rebuildable. After 4 years of wearing mine 5 days a week, I finally had to get them resoled. The breakin period will test your perseverance, but the end result is the best fitting, feeling and most well made piece of footwear you'll probably ever own and they'll last you the rest of your life.

      I think someone else mentioned them. I'll have a look. I wear Lems Boulder Boots now. Nine ounces, zero drop, wide toe box. I love them and they aren't pricy. They are somewhat odd but man do they feel great.

      @@DANIELMILNOR505 Ah, ok. These boots are a whole other beast. Whites got their name for making some of the best boots for wildland firefighters. They have 100 years of work boot heritage, so they make some heavy stuff. They have much more casual options now, but no zero drop, and of course being hand made they're pricey. I do prefer zero drop for running shoes.

No worries. Got them repaired and they are good to go for another however many years. I cannot even tell you how old these things are. Yes, I wear them with socks. Generally striped ones because I figure if I'm going to look ridiculous, I should go all the way with it. ;-) The journal thing... yep! I've had a morning journal practice for years and I will never stop. I like a particular journal and a particular pen and I buy both in bulk. My poor kid is going to have a mess on his hands when I shed my mortal coil but oh well... I gave him life - he will deal. Now the drawing thing... my attitude about that is who cares if you're any good at it. Do you enjoy it? If so, you've met the criteria for continuing. Hi Daniel, I love your vision about photography and your even more your work, and you look a guy I would love to have a mate with. However this is the second time in one of your videos that you have a very strong-pseudoscientific statement (honestly I don't remember the first one). In this case the thing about carrying mobile phones. Indeed, we know the kind of radiation coming from mobile phones, and as happens with wifi, micro or radiowaves, those radiatios have a very low energy, are non-ionizing, and thus they are very unlikely to have absolutely any effect on your cells. To put it in context, the radiation that we recieve every single day from the sun is incredibly more energetic, powerful (and thus harmful), producing many mutations in our DNA, which is the reason our body has several mechanisms to protect our cells from this damage. I might not have convinced you, nor this is the appropriate channel to do it, but maybe now your are curious enough about it to do your own research. All the best!

    • @DANIELMILNOR505
      @DANIELMILNOR505  4 года назад

      Why does FCC have a 1.6 watt per kilogram target for mobile devices? And why does something like the OnePlus phone get flagged for higher ratings? What about mobile phones impacting things like sleep patterns, reaction time, and brain patterns? As you mention, I'm not a scientist, but all of this makes me think, if I have a choice, NOT to carry my phone next to my groin area. But hey, to each his/her own. There are plenty of things that might get me first. And mate trumps all. So, anytime. Distanced and masked mate!

      It's great to question things and be concerned but when you actually sit down and go through systematic reviews you'll see the claims surrounding dangers of mobile phone radiation are just simply unfounded and based on nothing other pseudoscientific fear mongering, much like anti-vaxxers.
