But CAFEMANDU is solely a NEPALI restaurant and Mo:Mo and Chowmein is the best Nepali street food and have been working to bring authentic Nepali taste to all the people.Its popularity went so viral people started opening shops in neighboring countries. Felt sad being tagged with other countries while Cafemandu itself says Flavours of Nepal.

You should visit Nepal and try the most authentic water buffalo (buff) momos and specially the jhol momo in the winter. Buff jhol momo in chilly Kathmandu winter hits different than anything else.
One gives tons of expressions after eating Indian spices, which definitely makes us smile & the other gives a detailed info about the taste & experience. You both are just loving what you doing now(why am I crying😭😭😭😍😍😍)

It's actually half a dollar. About 30-40 rupees per plate. They provide 6 steamed dumplings, a bowl of soup and a spoon of hot sauce. During winter season we eat it.

(Close dinner with Thukpa) ... Someone will direct you or help you in your pursuit. Since Chad doesn't drink, I might have a suggestion for him - When visiting the northern part especially places like Rajasthan etc ask him to try Bhang (It's a Milk flavoured with a lots of nuts and spices with the main ingredient being a Magic herb - It's a legal drink being served ☺️) he will have a great experience...
