Muscle of Love was THE song that got me into rock music. My dad had the record and after listening to some of them I put it on. I remember starting Side B and Working Up a Sweat was neat. Then that riff came on. And that snare drum coming in. It was the most awesome thing I’d ever heard! I listened to it over and over.
This is utterly superior! This is the the way it should sound! The old guys still have guts and muscles to do such great version equal to the original recording in 1973! Excellent!
Alice had a lot of good songs in the past. This one got a lot of attention. Who knows he could of been president, but he is still a good singer and frontman.
Alice Cooper could tour with this line-up and play only the albums between Pretty for You up to Muscle of Love and people would come out in droves to see them. Add another guitarist to replace Glen Buxton (R.I.P), perhaps Dick Wagner, who played on Billion Dollar Babies and Muscle of Love, and you've got a sold-out tour throughout North America, South America and Europe. Of course Vince wants to promote his newest release, so they'd have to play cuts from that, and other recent hits, but the bulk of the show could be the old stuff and people would eat it up!
I agree with everything you said, but Dick Wagner passed away in 2018 (maybe after you posted this). Ryan Roxie does ok here playing the G.B.stuff.I would be there if they did a whole tour.
As Sly Stallone would say, Abso-lootly! Grew up in Detroit, and saw the original band many times. I went to Cobo to see the Welcome To My Nightmare show, and...meh. And Dick Wagner, and Steve Hunter were well-known pro guitar-slingers in Motown., but they just didn't have the magic that is so very evident in this clip. In fact, the only time the audience got on their feet was when they started playing the original stuff, like Billion Dollar Babies, etc. My suggestion for GB's part is Rockin' Reggie Vinson, if he's still around. You should send your suggestion to Alice's booking agent!
Absolutely brilliant! And Dennis MUST be the coolest 70 year old boy on earth...

One of the reasons I picked up the bass.

THE BAND NEVER SHOULD HAVE QUITE ON ALICE !!! he's a million dollar baby.. They ended their careers. RIP GB !!!
Dennis Dunaway was always in he background back in the 70s but, he had the rock moves.

Very cool!
New Alice Cooper out on July 28th, 2017 called Paranormal.
This is the most underrated Cooper album, if you ask me. I play guitar, and it took some work to get that opening riff right.
Awesome!!!!!!!!!😁🎈😁🎈😁🎈😁🎈😁🎈😁🎈😁🎈😁
