Glenbrook Vintage Railway 8th June 2024 Charter

Although the Glenbrook Vintage Railway's operating season finishes around King's Birthday Weekend at the start of June, there are occasions where trains run in the off season between then and Labour Weekend at the end of October, notably the Matariki Lights Festival. On this occasion, a private charter took place, utilising Ww644 and the Dining Train set, consisting of Parlour Car A 1452 and Dining Car Van Af 1182, both former suburban carriages from the Auckland region.
