I actually love mine. It was a beast to put together but it's comfortable and very sturdy. I did get the deluxe cushions with memory foam and it doesn't look as sloppy as the other versions I've seen. We love ours. Very comfortable and I am 6’-3” and 255 lbs. we got a 7 seater U-shape couch. So much room. Definitely better than Ashley furniture couches
Those huge thick pieces of foam are probably worth $70-100 each… I’ve bought much smaller cushion foam for chairs I was redoing and even that wasn’t cheap, so those are definitely something to keep or give to someone who does furniture restoration/up cycling. 😊 Thank you for the Anabei reviews, I’m trying to decide if it’s a good fit for me and my dog!

We just returned ours they received today. Now waiting for refund. Started to sag in some areas. Not good for people over 5ft10. Straps that hold sofa together are terrible.

Yes. They want you to return the cushion liners (the white fabric case that goes over the foam cushion and has all the foam pieces in it). They don't want the foam cushions or the pillow inserts. 7:57 shows what you don't need to return. Let me know if you have more questions!
They want you to try it for 30 days. To be on the safe side, I would initiate the return request on Day 29 or as soon as you know it's not going to work for you. Nope! I'm keeping my old one for now. The Anabei was supposed to go in my son's playroom. I really liked it because of the washable covers. I have an old Craftmaster sofa that has been through a lot, but it's fine until I find something I like. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks so much for watching!
@kstorrer I like Sabai, but I'm looking for a small sofa 70-72 inches wide. Also Burrow. They have loveseat, but I want something larger than a loveseat. Article seems yo have good sofas. Labor Day sales on some furniture sites. Forget Mayfair, too hard.
I wish I saw this video before I purchased it. In the process of returning this. The pillows etc is impossible. Not worth the money, you certainly get what you pay for.
@@kstorrer thank you so much! See what’s funny is the seated cushions I got for my 3 seater did not come with a liner. So for me there is no liner for me to send aside from the cushion cover and duvet covers since it has a cover that you cannot remove. So I want to ensure I send everything back accordingly but they just don’t respond and don’t call back. This truly been the worst experience I have ever had for a couch. I’d rather be couches than deal with this hideous couch. So I just don’t know what to do and that 14 day window is running out.
@carolinaroman1527 that is really frustrating! I would return everything. Better to send back too much than not enough. It's not your fault they won't reply to you! But you don't want to miss your 14 day window and give them a reason to not give you a refund!
Definitely keep emailing them so you have a record of contact. You can also try messaging them through Facebook Messenger. That's how I finally got a reply.

I think it's comfortable. You don't sink into it, it's a bit firm but I tend to prefer that in a sofa.

Next time, just leave a voicemail. They could have called you back that same day. Phone queues will always be more important than emails.
