You can counter/wirefall your way of everything, LS is more broken than ever, you're handed out free wyvern ridings, invader monsters don't do shiit, yous can slot in an absurd amount of survivability skills into you gear and even take AI companions with you in MR ranking :DD Most braindead and arcadey game in the entire franchise's story

And you can choose to not take followers on your quests for a more difficult challenge, it’s completely optional, and yet you act like you’re forced into taking them in every hunt. While I do agree long sword is very powerful, it still takes a lot of learning to even get remotely decent, meanwhile chargeblade can do up to 1k damage per phial and has a skill where they gain all the phials back and can instantly go into SAED, bowguns can basically speedrun any monster in the game because of the extremely high damage they do with pierce and spread ammo and as someone who has never touched a bowgun in my life I can confirm this. Maybe spend more time getting better at the game instead of complaining about literally everything
