Did you not compare the Big Fig with these? I’m considering it but I’m a side sleeper and I just got one shoulder replaced and the other is already hurting. I’m also looking at the adjustable bases. But I’m pretty short and need one that is lower to the ground, maybe around 22-23 inches. Would Big Fig work for me?
Great question. One of the tests we do when reviewing these mattresses is test out the edge support or how it feels to sit and lay down on the edge of the mattress. Some of these mattresses like the Saatva actually have reinforced edges in their construction which kept our testers from falling off the edge of the mattress. Most of the mattresses on this list do a good job with our edge support score since heavier sleepers typically require a more supportive mattress. Hope this helps!

What’s the difference between the Emma premium hybrid vs the comfort? Which would be best for a heavy couple?
