It's not bad for the price. One can't complain. But probably better to go for the original. I really don't like Dyson and even more since I saw their practices regarding the suppliers who make their products, subcontracting their contact centre to South Africa and moving their HQ to Singapore, but their products are indeed rather clever and different.
I regret spending the fortune that I did on the Dyson AirWrap. It’s a gimmick. I wish I would’ve purchased this one instead, because at least if I wouldn’t be using it either, it would’ve been only $40. The Dyson AirWrap is over rated thanks to YT influences… 😏
Hey Julissa, Your hair didn't turn out that bad but I don't think I would use this if its getting really hot and the more damaging to your hair which you want to prevent. Stick with the REAL Dyson Airwrap 💕!
I like Dyson I find the knock offs wreck your hair with heat damage. Even though the Dyson has heat it’s been tested for everything!! Less damage and well worth it I think.
Your hair can usually handle heat so if you're saying this is too hot then it must really be super hot. Thank you for trying it out. Your hair didn't look bad, the curls dropped quickly but I loved the volume.💕
They sell these all over Tiktok and Chinese vendor websites. Personally I’d be scared that it’ll blow up like many people have said in reviews. The only reason it’s 40$ is because of the hype, it probably costs less that 10$ to make
The one I got from Walmart has heat settings though and it doesn't get to hot. It looks like this. You can adjust it to set the curl faster. I think it works just as good as Dyson. In my opinion the Dyson is all gimmick and overly hyped. It shouldn't be the price that it is tbh.
The price is good and it can get the job done.. but the dyson air wrap is so much better!! Definitely need to get myself one even if it’s pricey I know it will be worth it ❤️

My hair is VERY STRAIGHT and fine and this does nothing for me. The flat brush and dryer attachments are decent. The round brush gives me a little body but I cant get a curl.

I like the original better but if you can't afford the original get this one. Also do you think this will work better on short hair. ? Can you do a comparison of the air wrap vs the chi spin and curl I was trying to find a video of anyone doing it and no one I’ve seen has since you already have both of them I felt like it would make a good vid plus I’d love to see a comparison lol

@@kiwicrush24 I bought a Dyson Dupe hair dryer from Aliexpress and it's literally the same as the hair dryer as my friend has one. I spend £41 and it's been great, so no, one doesn't always need to spend a lot.

The air wrap is meant to be used on damp hair, not dry. It would probably have better results that way.

They dropped quickly because she did it on dry hair. It's meant to be done on damp hair, which would hold the curl far longer.

Not worth it at all. Mine is sitting in my closet collecting dust. My Revlon does a much better job.

You try out so many different tools. How do you prevent heat damage?
It definitely damages her curls. It's just harder to see it when she straightens it.
