Private security often think they're above the law and as a rule of thumb their attitude usually stinks. It's was a breath of fresh air to see them act decently for a change.
0:41 this guy seems cool, knows and doesn't know the laws or what he's been taught is right or wrong .... all authority heads should act like this champ 👍😎👍😎👍😎 Cost cutting gov training days is the problem with the cops ... young dumb and want to cuff sum fucker for no reason other than power is pathetic .... people need more training especially when it comes to working face to face with the public ........ just the way it is Great content on point !!! 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
Public place: Section 33 of The Criminal Justice Act 1972 - any highway, premisis or place at which material time the public have access or are permitted to have access or are permitted to have access whether on payment or otherwise, private property whilst it is open to the public is a public place. Download and laminate the ACPO guidance on public filming. It silences ALL members of the public, security goons and jackboots who think they know the law and clearly don't. ACPOS for Scotland.
Sect 33 has nothing to do with auditing. Its a complete myth. It doesn't give grant or imply ANY rights or permissions of access to private premises that don't ALREADY EXIST.. And if you are trying to imply its "the" legal definition of 'public place'..There's always one essential part missing - where in LAW does it say you can film in a "public place" ????? Here's a clue..- nowhere ! The public are perceived to have the right to film on or from any public right of way, but NOT on any private property, whether or not it has permissive access to the public. Sect 33 is NOT a magic pass that exempts auditors from trespass law .....despite what they think or say. Anyone that uses sect 33 for auditing does NOT understand the law.
