A Camper And A Minivan Rescued

- This is an older video of some recoveries North of Moab near an area called Yellowcat. A Camper got stuck crossing a ditch in a road. While we were getting them out, their friends showed up and said they had found some other people stuck down a side road not far from there. So after getting the camper back on their way we went off looking for the others. We found them in a different spot stuck in a dry creek bed crossing. With a little digging we got them moving and back up and out to the main road. Thank you everyone for watching and supporting us.

“got em out … so they can find somewhere else to get stuck at “ . . . classic
Loved Rory's statement "They're out and out to find somewhere else to get stuck." No truer words expressed there. Great seeing Lily and Shawn out with you on this rescue. Be safe out there.
My favorite recovery channel on RUclips. It’s what Matt’s Off-road Recovery used to be. Simple camera work, not 15 people on a relatively simple recovery, no fluff, just the way I like it. Don’t change Rory. You’re awesome.
agree, i don't watch Matt's at all, it's a convoluted mess. hopefully Rory keeps it real when he blows way up like Matt did.
Never ceases to amaze me where these vehicles end up. It boggles the mind. Loved Lily's self fanfare! 😁
Beautiful sun set. You don't get that in the city. You have a great work office.
Those jobs were so easy that Rory even had time to do a bit of gardening whilst he was there.
Lily gets to entertain the customers while you figure how to work the recovery. -- Nice teamwork. ---
Extreme landscaping by Rory... This is exactly what makes this channel so great! If he's not front digging with TM, he's digging himself!!! Fantastic as always!!
It never ceases to amaze me where people take their motorhomes.
I will bet that he will think twice before going through a wash like that again. I use to have a 10.5 foot Lance camper that slid into a Dodge 350 4x4 Duelie, and I would take that thing into some of the roughest places, but I had lots of ground clearance and low range.
always a joy to see Lilly on a call with you 🤠
recovered a A VAN DOWN BY THE RIVER! Always cool to see you cats at work.
I can’t believe they even got that van out to where it was stuck!
With 4WD or AWD you just get stuck in more remote places.
You'd be surprised where they've been and not been stuck.
desert, clouds, sunset, rescue, miss lily----thanks again for another chapter
Lily seems like such a social butterfly. You can tell she loves everyone & seems to make friends with everyone. Thanks for another great video (I missed this one before somehow) And thanks for a perfect example of roads that us rv drivers should not go down near Moab.
It's Awesome your Daughter goes with you...I used to take my kids to Anza-Borrego when they were young. My Daughter learned to drive there in my 1999 4x4 Navigator. Let her know she's having all the fun.....
Who needs a 4WD when you got an mini van and the phone number to Moab Motorsports!!
Heck of a recovery, even while TrailMater was home napping.
Thanks for making the videos! 🇺🇸💪👍 God bless you and all your loved ones
Well said
Thanks for the mention Rory! Keep up the good work.
Another one for the "what were you thinking" file. Your daughter is just precious Rory
Nice driving Shawn
Shopping for an RV and your channel provides invaluable insights on what to NOT DO!
Oh yeah we can tell this is an older video because Ole Blue still has the old hood! Love to see Lilly out with Dad on these recovery's. Beautiful scenery and skies at the end and between these recovery's. This time it's Rory, Lilly and Sean. Good job getting them out of these bad situations! I just cannot believe some of the vehicles in these situations. Unbelievable!
Even with all Rory has to do, he still finds time to give driving lessons in his office parking lot!
“Go find somewhere else to get stuck and in trouble…😅😅””
Love it rory
Thanks for the beautiful views Mike, and for the community service Rory and Shawn!
Lilli was already set to grow up being outdoors and doing the recovery bit but with the RUclips thing, by the time she's 12-14 years old she will be a very experienced with the recovery aspect and so comfortable with the camera she will be a natural at this. So nice to see her included in your adventures.
Thanks for making. Can't wait for Lily to reach the paddles so she can bring up the truck when you have to walk someone out. She is going to be a great 4 wheeler someday.
TA DAAA! lily is not just going for a ride, she's learning stuff from her Dad.
Keep up the cool videos
Simply amazed at the roads people will try to drive down with a motorhome!
Don't go changing anything Rory - this is by far the best recovery channel on youtube. Thank you!
Yup !
Like we used to say in the fire department; "Job Security"... Beautiful scenery!
Trail Mater very much a common sense guy. He carries a shovel. Love the square body.
Best video yet of Ole Blue! He is turning into quite the Swiss Army Knife!! Love your content Guys! ROCK ON!!!👌🏻👌🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
I've said it before I'll say it again, that blue wrecker is my favorite truck of all time, hands down that thing is a BEAST. Trail mater is cool as hell but something about that blue wrecker just stands out. Huge 1 ton dually truck getting in and out places that it just shouldn't be is super cool
It's awesome that every tool has a place on square body and mater..not an inch of the trucks is wasted..nice job on the camper..that was a beast.
Some people have more money than common sense. Thanks for the ride.
Seeing Lilly reminds me of when my daughter was my copilot. Days I will always cherish. She is a grown woman now with a family of her own, but the memories are still there.
That was an understatement when the man told you there was a van that had gone down the wrong road. Wow. Too bad it was not a sprinter van
Congrats on 150k subscribers! Lots of hard work goes into those recoveries, and then more work filming and editing - glad it’s paying off.
can't wait to see a million subscribers 👍🙏😉
Beautiful sunset! And great recoveries!!
Good job guys. And girlie you tell them guys what the heck are you doing out here with those machines.👍🏽🤘🏾🤙🏾✋🏽🤷🏽♂️🙋🏽♂️😊.😎
Love seeing people out exploring the beautiful country side, yet it still amazes me to no end where they are willing to try and go somewhere!
I think it's like Matt said once: GPS takes them down a road. Google comments say it's mild. Next thing they know, they are committed and can't turn around without help so they keep going in hopes it will get better. And it doesn't...
It amazes me in a good way because it's all part of the adventure to explore this great wide earth we were all given
I'd much rather see a vehicle that may be a little beyond where it should be than a fully modified jeep that never gets further off road than a dirt parking lot. I used to drive my mom crazy as a kid bring my ford pinto on some pretty rough and remote roads.
man the place's people take there highway vehicles never cease to amaze me... geez...
OMG such an adorable child! Out of the mouths of babes right? Can’t wait to see your little ones out wheeling themselves one day following in dads… “tracks.” Mad love, keep up the fine work gents and I look forward to seeing you in the next segment, wheel safe kids
Ok, I can not resist this. Yes, it's a CHEVY. Can Hear Every Rod Or Lifter Every Time.
"100k question from a six year old", she's soo right. Great work as always. Amazes me how little situational awareness folks have these days.
Thanks for taking us along! I know that a lot of people think that the Couple with the mini van are crazy , but at least they are no afraid to venture out and live their life with what they have! I say good for them!!
I am amazed at the ppl putting non off road vehicles off road in areas like those
I'm learning that , " THANKS FOR WATCHING " IS NOT THE END OF YOUR VIDEO !😎
The sunset pics are very beautiful! Thank you Rory for including them!
Thanks for taking us along with you!
It's a shame that 6 yr. old Lily knows better than to drive those sketchy roads. More cases of A- what were they thinking, or B- GPS strikes again. They would have been in a world of hurt had it started raining before you got to them. Hey, it makes for an interesting day all around. Always good to see the smallest crew member Lily, gosh she's growing fast ❤️ Thanks for letting us tag along. Stay safe and GOD bless
Alice, you hit right on what I was thinking as Rory was digging out that white van. They appear to have zero understanding and no tools with them. It would seem obvious that a basic tool kit would be mandatory before going past "... where the blacktop ends!" But, that brings up the question, what would you prescribe to fully outfit your "Off-Road Prius?"
Another beautiful day in Southern Utah.
Nice job Rory! And Shawn!! I don’t know if I could of bit my lip… 😂
Watching you, Casey and Matt, I'm constantly surprised at what kind of cars people will attempt to take places they have no business being.
We just happened to Jeep along the minivan road today and recognized the switchback! I cannot believe that the minivan made it that far down this road. It's only a few miles from other graded dirt roads, but if they had kept going, there's a big hill to climb about a mile ahead. I'm really impressed, but I would've been nervous about shredding the tires. That said, it would be fun to take a minivan rallying around Moab!
Yea Lilli! Beautiful sunset!!!
Ur raising 1smartbcookie there Rory! So proud to see a dad take his daughter out on adventures to learn about things like this.
Good day of recoveries and a beautiful sunset to boot. Thanks Rory, Lilli and Shawn.
as soon as l saw Lilly l hit the "like" button, l knew it was gonna be a good one
Loved that van owner takes their van on adventures. Have always been able to get out of predicaments that I have gotten in to and have taken the van many places it should never have gone.
After a couple years of watching a couple of these Utah channels I'm still amazed people take RVs where they do. But then again, I'm not really an RV type of person. I still prefer a good old fashioned tent.
Kids always ask the best questions.
Ahh man, I envy you. You're your own boss, you have a job that appears to be never boring, you work in a beautiful place with great people ,and then you share it with us... You da man!!!
Beautiful sunset . You can be very proud of Lilly. Great kid
Two recoveries that didn't require a cape with Lilly giving sage advice for the stuck adults.
Sky sure was showing off in this video!! Beautiful!!
Good job boss Lilly. Special thanks to your helper Rory.
It's amazing what people think there 30' plus boat will cross...
Lily is very observant young lady. Love her comment about how people go down roads they shouldn't👍
LOL, " to go find somewhere else to get stuck "..... love it.
My granddaughter is six, and we run all over the place, and she is always coming up with the "million-dollar questions." Love your videos, but especially with Lily.
His channel is picking up quick. Everyone loves them a recovery!
I’m glad to see that a shovel fits Rory‘s hand and that sure was a pretty sunset
If I called someone out to rescue me, and they did a LITTLE digging and then drove my rig out, I would be sooo embarrassed. As far as driving down that road to begin with, I, myself have done much worse. I always managed to get myself out though.
I do a lot of riding on my ATV, and I carry a lot of self recovery and repair since I always ride alone. Like the Boy Scout motto said, "Be Prepared!" These people should have at least had an army shovel. They fold up nice and even have a tough cover. Yes, I do have one of these army shovels on my quad.
Great to see people enjoying the real outdoors, and seeing you with your daughter helping.
Look at that sunset, wow!
I think Lilly asked the right question. Nice job guys.
Great recoveries and so glad to see Lily there with you.
Never ceases to amaze me where people attempt to take their non-off-road vehicles. Crazy! 🤪
In the fire service We always chose chevy pickups (3/4 ton) ... They were tough, had the power and resources we needed..... and most of all they were CHEAP TO OPERATE ... PARTS WERE READY AVAILABLE .... We used them as wild lands fire fighting..... they could go most anywhere..... the international duce and a halfs 4X4 .... impossible to beat....
Old Blue Steel looking strong today guys!
Nice work guys, hope you have a great week.
Fantastic recoveries. Some nice people learning Moab area roads aren't like anything they have ever driven on. Thanks for helping them.
Rory is like Swiss Army knife of recovery and tow matter is the leather man of off road recovery trucks master of non but good at everything you can throw at it ! Always fun to watch in action !
Love the 1AM video drops, right before i go to bed. perfect timing lol :)
Thanks for another great recovery episode. When the customer asked Lilly if she was a helper I was expecting her to say no I'm the boss! Haha
Sometimes I am truly amazed how far in the boonies they get, before they get stuck.
Great Lilley, great scenery, great recoveries. Well Done All, You to Sean.
Another beautiful day in the desert and a sunset to boot!
Always loved to watch those sunsets in the desert- breathtaking..... Hi Lilli, your dad is gonna need to put a rock on your head, so you stop growing so fast! And, thanks for taking us along!
You may not see it but I see the great strides your channel has made in producing videos. I appreciate how you do not "play to the camera". Your work is important. You make folks feel safe.
That soft shackle hitch is brilliant
Making it look easy again especially on that motor home!
That sunset was amazing, I love your office, it has the best views in the world. I couldn't believe they took that Dodge Caravan down those roads, it blows my mind to see what people try and take out into the knarliest of places. Thanks for taking us along
Old Blue is tough! Those old trucks are just built different. And Trail Mater is on a different level😊
I sure love to see that lovely little lady that shadows you! She sure is growing up fast!
As always Rory, expertly done. Was great to see lily along for the ride and to have some fun with dad. Thanks for the sunset shots, rewound and watched several times. Hi to Shawn and Lily.
ENJOYED WATCHING! Lily is getting to be a young lady Better watch out Rory!
Be Safe!
Keep Your Head Up! 👍
Lilly is the best helper ever!
I would never get bored of those views.... beautiful.
