I never got into them, but I worked with a guy in '84 who wrote one of their songs, sadly I can't remember which one, as he bored everyone going on about it so, we kind of shut it out of our minds, anyway he left the service shortly after much to the delight of many.
Little Queen is probably my favourite Heart album, but these days I would probably only listen to this and their debut. I like the folk influences in their early music. When I saw the band live in the 1980's, the audience was completely lost when it came to than band's earlier material, and didn't have a clue either when they played a Led Zeppelin song, so it made for an oddly disjointed show overall. I had an idea this song was about Janis Joplin, but I don't know if that's the case.
I must admit I've never listened to whole albums by Heart .. But I do really like a handful of their songs quite a bit, including "Barracuda", Crazy On You", "These Dreams", "Never", "Magic Man", and "Alone" .. This one wasn't bad at all, although not as interesting upfront to me as the ones already mentioned.
Call me an idiot, but I think there is something going on between the Wilson Sisters and Robert Plant. The albums, Dreamboat Annie and Led Zep. IV came out about the same time. But if you just look at the way, Robert is nearly shedding a tear, when watching the girls sing a cover of Stairway to Heaven!
Not a fan of their music in general if I’m honest , it’s not offensive to me but I have to be honest and say it’s quite MEH to my jaded auld lugs 🤷♂️… but I listened without stropping and pressed like AND commented so get off my back you offended Wilson sisters lovers .. 😃 👍🏴
I agree with you guys, another good Heart song.
I've been a Heart fan since the late 70's, and Ann Wilson is one of the all time greatest vocalists in my book. Just love this song and the Album....
Great album, at their peak.

As far as I remember this was their first hit-sinle over here in Europe.
