Percy on how to save yourself from shower sharks and booty bandits in prison. He says you can’t avoid it because when it’s time for something like that to happen they’re coming to get you and when they’re coming to get you they want you. He says a lot of the inmates get off on taking it, instead of you offering it to them. Being tough won’t save you and the only thing that saved him when he was behind bars was God. True story: I’m active duty military and a lot of the facilities and showers that we have eerily resemble prison complexes. I remember after morning pt one time back in 2013, my unit hit the showers and all of us were in there. The showers are the same: one pole and four shower heads. We’re all naked. It was two “booty bandits” in there together as well and tried to take another young guy’s a$$. The entire unit ended up fighting and slipping and falling everywhere. They beat the living sh!t outta those two guys. Our Chief came in because he heard the commotion and no one said anything, including the two booty bandits who clearly had black eyes. Everything went back to normal. It was at that point, that I realized that military life in some ways is not far from prison life, as far as the structure and some similarities. Crazy times.

I am from Oakland California. I was blessed to have others who hit the yard, then came home and told Us youngsta's the Truth. If you were on the Block, it was mandatory that you work out and fight. This was just in case you went to jail or prison. It is a different world than where you come from.

What I gather from every prison story that I've heard(never been locked up), is that it's a straight up hell hole.
Right then the ones that come out get respect from most the ones that never been or been multiple times like it’s a merit badge for being a normal human being when most them mfs in there have gotten “CAUGHT” doing something they shouldn’t be getting caught for and half the time it’s the arrogance towards whatever they’re doing that gets them caught instead of being out the way I don’t get it with some of my black people sometimes I call mental illness
There is levels to the prison system tho. Technically 4. 1 is the filtering prison house that you stay in after you get outta jail, which usually those are the worse because it holds everybody. Then you get sent to a prison based on your crime, there are green, yellow, and red prisons. Greens are obviously people who don't have fed sentences and the sentence overall is lighter. Yellow is a mix of fed or state, but usually on the harsher side anyways. And red is usually fed and fed means federally owned as well, so in other words your fucked, your In there with big time criminals and alot of them more then likely have sentences that are huge and they will never get out.
Green isn't a hellhole, somtimes you'll be treated better then the state would. Some yellow ones and in my opinion all the red ones, need to be thrown under investigation by the public for human rights. Some shit that goes on in there is wild.
I'm only sayin all this because our prison system needs a reform. Especially those who are painted as criminals with trashy trials.

I think the most he's ever done is a couple years in county out in Philly, I want to show him this but he thinks he already knows what it's like in the pen...Trying to tell me it's like a vacation smh. The fact that he's 6'4 and over 200 lb, built as hell, that gives him a level of confidence, he says he's amongst the wolves when he's behind the bars but that doesn't make me feel any more confident or comfortable.
