It is a really interesting debate about the barefoot vs cushioning. I can see both sides. Plus I would never want to be so close minded I think all my views are right. I actually think the barefoot argument makes a lot of sense my overall feeling is that we have protected our feet so much that going to barefoot takes times as a result. From clinical experience I tend to find people resolve symptoms quicker with the cushioning in the early stages but I also admire people going barefoot for long term gains!
I really hate having PF, looking at everything and there's like a 50/50 divide about the shoes .. some say barefoot, others say buy shoes with more stability. Great video anyway!
