    When I had the VA request my medical records from a GI specialist I saw, they had a deadline they had to meet to send the records. My lawyer even said just let them request it first and then if they don't respond, then they'd submit it. I still had my claim processed start to finish with a c&p exam in like 4 months including the holidays.

    I was denied secondary conditions of gout,kidney disease, and sleep apnea to anxiety, all which I have a diagnosis. I was recently service connected for hypertension, gerd,and hemmroids. Can I file a supplemental claim of gout, kidney disease, and sleep apnea to hypertension?

    Or your doctors office started using a new computer system and they can’t access your records.

    Simple answer is…..No!!!!
    Why would you privy the VA to your private doctor note? You Do Not ever want to do this. The VA nor the Disability and Comp VA employees seeing this information without you showing them what you want them to see. The VA will use this information against you.
