There's no point doing anything unless you have drive, energy and a passion to succeed. Approaching this half-heartedly and with little or no enthusiasm just isn't going to get you anywhere. It's a waste of time and money. I've seen the same sort of attitude with jobseekers sent on courses to roleplay job interviews and improve their CVs. Half of the people on the course behave as if the last thing they want is a job! They show a total lack of interest or enthusiasm. Truly unbelievable, but unfortunately true.
True, but some of these people are not deliberately being half-hearted. Some of these people are like rabbits in headlights who don't have the wherewithal to deal with certain situations, and it comes across that they are being half-hearted when really they are struggling (I was there personally before I got my shit together).
These guys should put effort into their own value and social circle activities instead of cold approach. its very draining and most guys aren't cut out for it. Some guys are just more introverted and can't run their mouth to float a conversation
Introversion has nothing to do with being bad or good at social skills. It can be developed, regardless of your tendencies, if you really want it and have a growth mindset.
