Yellowfin Tuna Poké Bowls
I'm going to show you how to make a quick and easy at home poke bowl meal. This is one of my favorite weeknight meals because of its simplicity. Fresh local yellowfin tuna served on top of sushi rice. Crisp cucumber and thinly sliced onion pair nicely with pickled ginger and fresh cut pineapple mixed in your tuna poke bowl. In the time it takes to cook sushi rice, you can create a super fresh, extremely healthy weeknight meal right in your own kitchen!
