This is a quick and easy 20 minute dinner meal that anyone can create in their own kitchen. I am using chilean sea bass for this easy meal recipe, although any variety of sea bass will be equally delicious. The sea bass is baked in parchment paper with a simple verde salsa and served beside an arugula salad.
If you don't own a food processor, don't panic! The salsa verde can be made by hand and chopping all the ingredients finely. Or, toss them into a magic bullet or even a blender and lightly pulse, making sure not to overdue it and liquify the contents.
Leave any questions below in the comments and I would love to help answer them!

I am in full agreement with you on the arugula being my favorite lettuce/greens! I also keep it simple with evoo, lemon s&p... Delicious! Would this recipe work well with other fish besides sea bass, like grouper, red snapper etc.? Looking forward to trying it soon. Thanks!

Thank you so much!! This would certainly be delicious with grouper. We make lots of fish dishes so will be sure to include some snapper and other fishes. Do you have a go to fish you enjoy most?

@@JakeandHeather I live on the Gulf Coast of Alabama right on the Gulf of Mexico, so we are blessed with a relatively wide selection of fish and I love all of them! It really depends on the preparation for some, but one of my favorites is Triggerfish, especially blackened! I love snapper, grouper, cobia. I haven't had much tuna lately, but it's also yum! 😋

Oh mannn, trigger fish is fantastic. We live in south Florida and enjoy all the same fish! We are lucky to get the yellowfin tunas near us but the gulf seems to have all the red snapper!
