The third entry in Square 4 covers the weight of obligation. Expectations, requirements, and deadlines come hand-in-hand to fulfill a task, but one must be realistic as to how much they can take on. Not only is the number of tasks a necessary consideration, but also the knowledge to be able to perform adequately. Taking on too many responsibilities without the know-how will be difficult, to say the very least.
