Wales and welsh people are the best
I'm impressed by the lovely deep colour the Welsh pub chef got in HIS take on Cawl. Most Cawls look almost watery in comparison. It looked so delicious.
Thinking the same. My mate tells me bone broth is the secret, but that still doesn't account for the rich colour. Any ideas? Suddenly I'm gagging for cawl.
