You are so talented! The building was a “trust the process” moment for me as i didn’t know what you were doing half the time but it turned out fantastic! You can tell a lot of time and effort went into all of your builds. Amazing!

And I thought nothing's going to be able to top the Spanish cottage... This build is INSANE. The aesthetics are impeccable, everything is cohesive and flows perfectly. The moment you used stools to create the cushions on the sofa I knew this is going to be something really special. So much creativity on display here. So many neat tricks to work around game's limitations: aforementioned cushions, really cool built in storage solutions, using sculptures to create new and interesting planters... plus that pool build at the end was just mind blowing! The end result is drop dead gorgeous. The best house flipper build I have ever seen, period. Please, never stop creating :)

Thank you Maritza! I feel like HF2 has renewed my House Flipper addiction. I've been watching as many sandbox videos as I can. Everyone is so creative and I always learn something and get so inspired by all of them. ❤️
With the creative genius of a mind which you have, there are almost no bounds to what you can design. This build certainly lived up to any expectations i may have had, and then blew them out of the water because you surpassed what even i could imagine. And with all the tools and options available with House Flipper 2, i feel the coming years are going to continue to bring out homes of exquisite beauty and awe.
I have to say i was both confused and mesmerised watching this creation come to life. So many instances where i was thinking "What are you doing now?" only to almost cheer once realisation set in. You truly do have an amazing and natural talent in visualising wonderful living spaces and the landscape around them. This ranch is no exception. Sublime colours, extremely clever design choices, making the most of every space. The childs' bedroom in particular was a delight to watch come alive. And everywhere there is your usual attention to detail. And this was just the interior.
Sculpted terrain literally caused a "No way," shriek from me. What a tool to have. The opportunities seem almost endless. Observing your progress is the best way to experience such a work of art come together. And the end result is always spectacular. A truly wonderful build which i hope you enjoyed creating.🙂
Once I realized we had the transform tool and terrain negotiation, I was so excited. This is like planet zoo (building) and House Flipper 1 combined and I had always wanted that. I think with a few more additions to the building from Frozen District like curved/diagonal resizable walls, some building decoration pieces, and some work on the textures this game could be everything I ever wanted in a home design building game. I am so happy you liked this build. It is one of my favorites in the entire House Flipper series mainly because of the terrain negotiation. I wanted to go for modern but still keep some aspects of living in the country on a ranch. For the kids room, I saw a picture on Facebook with a playhouse bed and I decided I wanted to do something like that, which was really fun to do. I really did have a lot of fun with this build. I have been seeing many builds on Discord that are amazing, people have so many creative ideas. I think there are going to be many fantastic builds in the future from the community! Thank you so much! I love that you were able to pick up some tips from the video. I get all my custom art from Google images. I'll type in search something like "kids room art natural colors words" or "mountain painting wood". Things like that.
I came here after watching your Spanish cottage video and this is amazing! Ive never expected a rival of The Sims 4 would be a House Flipper😂 Everything is so natural and realistic, even though it seems like it's not the most comfortable game to build something, it's definitely the most high-quality one. And your skills mastering all those features and managing to make things as you want is so interesting and satisfying to watch🤌🏻✨

The game could use a few additions to the building like when you copy an item it should stay in the rotation of the item you copied it from and I'd like to be able to copy/pick something up then switch to move/resize without dropping the item. Fixes like this would make it a smoother building process. But overall it is very fun!

Thank you so much! I did have to cut things out of the video because it would have been way too long. I have a hard time deciding what to cut out and it is usually the landscaping but in this house I think I cut out several rooms as well. I'm happy you liked it! Thank you again! 😊

I haven't bought HF2 yet, but I gotta say WOW! Color me impressed! Beautiful home and yard! The building process looks more complicated than I expected and seems like it would have a steep learning curve, but I like what I see. Superb work! 😀
Thank you so much! Yes, it is a bit more of a learning curve with sandbox. I do feel like I had a head start because I played games like Planet Zoo/Coaster and Sims. The build and terrain tools are very similar so it didn't take me long to figure them out. With those other games I got used to using items in crazy ways so it was easy for me to transition to that with House Flipper 2. I also watch other community member videos and learn tricks from them. 😊
Oh my, yes! The terraforming reminds me so much of my many, many hours in Pzoo! I begged them for this and round/arched windows in HF1. I'm still on the fence and may wait for the update with more items. I'm slowly warming up to the huge change in graphics. You make them look good!😀
Someone commented on one of my videos that they were going to add some more content soon, I am assuming for free and not part of a DLC. I also hope they add a workshop for the community to add items. That would help a lot. I was also unsure of the graphics when I played the demo but I am used to it now. I did have to play around with my monitor settings and my game settings are set to max but I have noticed that HF2 loads so fast and I don't have any lag even with the graphics turned all the way up so they may have optimized performance. @@cavalierlady1033

I will think about it, I'm not sure how well I would do creating a house and adding commentary at the same time but I can try it. Maybe I could start with a tiny house and see how it goes! 😊

Lol, I put in the music because last video there was a request to add music. I prefer no music too simply because it is easier to upload to RUclips. 🤣 I could try turning on the game music real low that way you get both.

Thank you! I'm not an architect, I just love looking at houses and interior design websites, pictures, and videos so I get ideas from them and then I build on them. For example, I saw a playhouse bed on Facebook and said "I have to do that in a kids room". So a lot of my ideas start from something I see online or in the real world. ❤
Do you actually have to 'buy' items in sandbox? If I got the game, can I just build without doing story mode to build currency? Or are the items free, and the button defaults to 'buy'?
Sandbox mode has unlimited funds. I don't even play story mode at all. I just build and build and build. The buy button says buy but you have unlimited funds so it doesn't matter.
