Ooh both plans would be fun. I feel like when you’re in Texas, you guys make more cooking content (which I love). And in NY, you eat out more and have guests in your videos (which is cool too). Can’t wait to see your decision!
The food vlogs in NY hit different. Like ya'll said, there are a wide variety of different foods from different countries, so the type of foods ya'll can showcase are almost endless. You can find that in Dallas and other places in TX, too, but since TX/Dallas is so big, those food spots are spread out in different locations where you have to drive an hour or so. Whereas in NY everything is so close together because of how small it is, so you can find/visit spots quicker. In TX it seems that ya'll do more cooking style vids, which we all seem to enjoy, so regardless of what you guys decide to do, the content will always be coming. Looking forward to seeing what you both decide on! *Coffee*

Coffee! And wow I thought in Dallas tx there were some good areas to live in but I guess as you guys said once you get the housing together it would be in a much nicer place. Good luck to you both. So much to do I heard in NY too. My best friend lives in the NJ metro area but near NY since it’s expensive in the city.

Coffee! God I love gourmet coffee with my most favorite creamer ever. From coffee mate brand, vanilla creme and cinnamon flavor. Seriously fire. I don't use sugar or anything sweet cuz I have that creamer. However, I'll admit to 'dark but complicated' coffee is.

there is SO MUCH FOOD CONTENT in NYC!! PLEASE do like a 3 month stay in NYC and just content the hell out of the GREAT eats in NYC! Especially in the lesser known boroughs! Love yall! Not even 1/10th the food content available in Dallas vs NYC! Not even a competition!
just to add, i feel like you guys buckling down and focusing and pumping great content whilst in NYC for a few months can REALLY boost the business end of your guys' venture ie more followers , hopefully more tiktok to RUclips converters, etc. I feel like you guys are both mentally capable of not getting too distracted by entertainment and friends whilst staying in NYC so please make the hard decision the right one (hehe aka STAY YO AZZES IN NY FOR A LIL BIT!).

I see you doing the buy the house in TX and venture NYC for 6-8 months till house is done scenario. With the 5 Burroughs to venture food wise you haven't even scratched the surface. Definitely buy the house for long term investment purposes.

You could always do 6 months in nyc during the summer and 6 months in Dallas in the winter. Have a investment property/air bnb in both places and rent them while you’re gone!!
