Ultra HD is basically another name for 4K. So here we are talking about the resolution. Qled is the display type. A qled is better than a normal led tv.

Manu I have had hisense tv in the past. Bad experience, bad service. Hisense has taken over Toshiba electronics operation and the old Toshiba essentially does not exist.. Should I still go for Toshiba?

That's not light bleeding. It's called dirty screen effect. It's normal for all budget Led TVs. It shows when the backlight brightness is 100%.. you can set the backlight to 50% and this won't be visible.
