A lot of great info! It was a bit hard to follow along due to the Microphone quality. But otherwise it was great!

Why is nobody talking about the user page design?
Why is the conversation page so unpleasant? Is it possible to edit and custom design?

You can edit and design your portal for the frontend the way you want, but the customization in backend is not possible right now.

Hi this support ticket plugin has lot of thing to be one of the best but still have minor some bug. Example the translation issue. My website is in French language and all translation work well except for status, secondary new, reply notification work well except for close. When close no notification is sent. I try the automatic workflows on close ticket I have added an action to remove all tag then add one closing tag but when ticket is closed by agent not action is done. If you fixe these issue believed me this plugins has many hidden feature that we can explore. Example for close ticket if the notification work we can add a feedback option and test it work with fluent form populated by Get Parameter option. I think the main issue is with the close ticket thing

Thanks. Does the form need to be on the same site where Fluent Support is installed?

If you want to use the direct integration then yes, the form need to be on the same site. Otherwise, you can also connect it across two different sites using the webhook feature. Thank you!

you explained something entirely different from the title. I was thinking this video was actually supposed to explain step by step set up of the plugin. But you kept moving to other details that are not helpful for set up. I feel i just wasted my time watching this tbh

Apologies for the inconvenience, the video is quite outdated as the plugin has undergone significant changes and upgrades since then. I will upload a new video with a more detailed tutorial soon.
