How to check digital feedback of any sunmersible pump. On scada the pump shows it start but actually it does not start. Then in this case what we have to do sir please explain
Sir, As per what you said ,
Feedback (DI) is not a problem,
the problem is your DO command from which Motor will start. When you start the Motor from your scada it is showing that DO comand is send to start the Motor but actually it doesn't start because
1.May be You wire connection is loose
2.May be your Connection is loose from yours PLC/DCS terminal block.
3.May respective relay is not operated in PLC.
